These terms explain the rules for using All Things Rugby websites, account features, digital services, and ATR Pro subscriptions.

By accessing or using All Things Rugby, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or related services.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
All Things Rugby provides rugby news, scores, fixtures, videos, account features, and related digital services. You agree to use the site and services lawfully, respectfully, and only for their intended purpose.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens through your account.
ATR Pro is an optional paid subscription. It removes ads on live scores, stats and other content, lets you save Predictor picks, and unlocks subscriber features in The Rugby App. Your subscription is linked to your All Things Rugby account and works on the website and in the app when you sign in with the same account.
ATR Pro costs US$1.99 per month or US$17.99 per year. Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency, and sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, so the amount you pay can differ slightly from the US dollar price. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices in future; any change applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it, and you can cancel before then.
New subscribers may get a free trial, currently 7 days. A payment method is needed to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price shown at checkout. We may limit free trials to one per person or account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and you are charged the current price for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your Pro access until it succeeds.
You can cancel at any time. For subscriptions bought on our website, go to Manage My Account and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account cancels a website subscription straight away.
If you subscribe in The Rugby App, your purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is governed by their terms. Billing, cancellation and refunds for those subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, and must be managed from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Payments for subscriptions bought on our website are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for these orders. Paddle handles payment, billing, tax and invoicing, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law, including any statutory right to cancel. For help with a payment, contact us through the Help page.
Articles, images, video, statistics, branding, and other site content are provided for personal use unless we clearly state otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
The site may include links, embeds, advertising, analytics, app store links, or payment services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but rugby schedules, scores, statistics, and content can change. We may update, suspend, or remove features when needed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
